At Velasca, we want to ensure your handcrafted Italian shoes are a perfect fit; if they aren't, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with the protective film still on the soles.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the products back in their original Velasca box and ensure all dust bags and accessories are included before sealing the outer shipping package.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our artisans in Italy inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
